This structure not only gives olive wood its characteristic grain, but also makes it very robust and resistant to many acids, fats and bacteria. In combination with the high hardness and cut resistance, olive wood becomes a perfect material for use in the kitchen.

In order to maintain the beauty and positive properties of the wood for as long as possible, please note the following tips for handling and care: do not put in the dishwasher, only wipe with lukewarm water and a little detergent. Do not leave in the water and dry immediately. Place all boards upright to dry out
Rub the wood regularly with a little food or olive oil for care
