Small amino acid very large. L-glycine is the smallest and most abundant amino acid in the body. It is proteinogenic and therefore indispensable as a building block of body proteins. This makes them particularly popular with athletes.
Supply with long breath: the vegan powder with the pleasantly sweet taste is enough for a whole 11 months. Simply stir in a daily dose (1.5 g L-glycine) in water, cottage cheese or similar.
Has the spin out. Our glycine is the left-turning version. As this form is naturally most common in the body, e.g. in hair, skin, muscles and tendons, it can be used perfectly by your body.
