Woodruff is a native wild herb and is mainly used as a spice plant. Its name goes back to the fact that it thrives well and likes to thrive, especially in deciduous forestThe main ingredient of Waldmeister is coumarin – the coumarin-containing leaves of the plant are commonly used for delicious bowls, jelly dishes and other desserts.
