Description
Cooking basket bread moulds made of wood pulp ensure an even cooking of the bread. The temperature is optimally maintained in wood cut shapes.
Flour with a little grit flour (wheat flour, baker’s starch or oat flour). Then place the round shaped bread in the mould for cooking/walking. Once the bread is ready, it is tilted out of the mould or gently shaken out. This allows for direct baking on the brick or baking sheet.
Perfect bread baking: for bread with rustic sourdough farmhouse bread but also glossy bread.
Size: ideal for 1 kg of bread, very suitable for bread from 750 g to 1500 g. Dimensions: 23 cm inner diameter (26 cm outside), the baking basket is 7 cm high
